Inspirada

Inspirada is one of the most active master-planned communities in Henderson.

Located in West Henderson and just minutes from the Interstate 15 Beltway, Inspirada offers homes from some of the country’s top builders, including KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers. With a focus on family living, Inspirada residents enjoy 85 acres of parks, made up of recreational and fitness areas, various sporting fields and walking and jogging trails. Inspirada’s community association also works to provide year-round enriching, family-friendly and pet-friendly activities and events.

Inspirada has a community centric design with four parks and 35 miles of biking and hiking trails. The walkable community offers heated pools, dog parks, splash pads, playgrounds, soccer and Little League fields, game tables, outdoor picnic areas and basketball, tennis, bocce ball and volleyball courts. Inspirada’s wide variety of walking trails leads to easy access of the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area which has a four-mile loop with unique wildlife, seasonal waterfalls, rock art and more than 1,600 petroglyphs.

Inspirada holds monthly community events like yoga classes, farmers markets, movie nights and marathons. On the west side of the community, restaurants and stores allow residents easy access to dining and convenience, including a few coffee shops and convenience stores. Inspirada Animal Hospital is just outside the community, and it is just a few minutes’ drive to Henderson Executive Airport.

Inspirada is the home of two schools within the community, Inspirada Pinecrest and Robert and Sandy Ellis Elementary School.
